★ rush fee > +35% of the total price of the piece. your commission will be placed at the top of my commission queue. this means that i will start work on this commission as soon as possible within my normal schedule. (my trello is a great tool to view my queue!)★ 24 hour commission > +50% USD of the total price of the piece. my availability to complete a comm in one day after payment (24 hours) will be determined before payment is confirmed. for this commission extra, i ask that you--understandably--remain available to communicate for the length of your commission; this way, we can meet the deadline you paid for, together.

** if there are any commission types or add-ons not listed here that you are interested in, i do offer experimental/lineless/graphic design project/banner/logo/other commission types. i accept these on a case-to-case basis; please feel free to inquire about your ideas anytime (i love experimenting with new commission types and would love to work with you)!*** these prices serve as a guideline. if there is anything that i feel requires more work or less work than is listed, i will absolutely communicate any necessary price changes before the final quote!

★ by working with me, you agree to these terms:

★ i reserve the right to decline any service, for any client, for any reason--as I see fit.★ my art is NOT for use in generative ai, or similar machine learning algorithms, under any circumstance.★ i send wips!! don't be afraid to ask for more than I am providing! ( i try to send at least one at each stage! )★ i do not work with shaded reference sheets.★ all commissions EXCLUDING ref sheets* must have an accurate reference sheet/materials. if you do not have an accurate ref sheet, depending on the quality of reference materials, there may be an upcharge for creating the character from scratch, or the commission may be denied. (*designing characters is included in the price of refs!)★ my art is for personal use only. i do not allow commissioned work to be reproduced, sold, or used for commercial purposes unless agreed upon with the client before payment is accepted.★ i have the right to use commissioned work to promote myself on my socials, create prints, portfolio, etc. (character rights are yours, of course) (for NSFW work, i will ALWAYS ask before posting your commission).★ changes are best made in the sketching process. once a sketch is approved, assume that i will be able to complete your commission from lining > coloring > shading without major changes. still, please communicate changes or directions you might have for me ahead of time so that I can align my creative process with your vision as seamlessly as possible! (major design changes that require lots of redrawing may require an extra charge.)★ payment must be sent 100% upfront before i begin a commission. i do not accept partial payments.★ i send paypal invoices for payment. paypal invoices can be paid with paypal, credit/debit cards, venmo, and other options.★ a refund will not be offered if a sketch has been sent to a client. after this, i do not offer refunds; as i do not watermark sketches.★ when contacting me for NSFW art, you understand that you must be 18 years of age or older regardless of your country/state/province's laws surrounding adult materials. I require all of my clients to adhere to my local laws and regulations, which require you to be 18 years or older regarding commissioning or viewing NSFW artwork.★ my terms of service are subject to change--as i deem necessary.

★ what payment method do you accept?> i only accept paypal, ko-fi & venmo.★ do you draw NSFW art?> i do! i only post my NSFW art to my NSFW-specific accounts, and they cannot be found on this carrd or another. the account is public and you may dm me to ask for the account name to commission NSFW art and view my NSFW art gallery. (if you would like to see specific examples of NSFW work in a specific commission format, please reach out after your age has been verified by me.)★ how do you protect your SFW and NSFW audiences?> you MUST be 18+ and have your age visible somewhere publicly when asking for my NSFW art accounts and when commissioning this type of art. (this practice protects my SFW and NSFW audiences from interacting with one another as much as possible--by auditing my NSFW follower base on a surface level. i am not responsible for alternative methods of obtaining my NSFW art, including but not limited to: block evasion, lying about age, or otherwise bypassing my efforts to protect both of my audiences.)★ what are you comfortable drawing?> most anything ! i will draw any body type, gore, candy/cartoon gore, any species, anything already listed in my comms section. for nsfw, many kinks! feel free to inquire, i have been drawing professionally for 6 years, i appreciate a challenge.★ what do you LOVE drawing?> diversity: trans bodies, diverse body types, diverse species (that actually look like the species!). i love to design characters with clients with the goal of personal expression. i love drawing dinosaurs.★ what will you not draw?> including, but are not limited to:
- hateful content (anti LGBTQIA+, racism, ableism etc.)
- strictly NON-consensual themes (dubious and cnc case-by-case; inquire!)
- non-human/animal-like genitalia (pure fantasy/fiction is fine)
