my fully custom refs include: two fullbody views of your character, one chibi, two headshots, one accessory/body part view, a personalized background, and character info. (i do not charge for basic things like flavor text, simple views of eyes/tongue/nose, or pawpads.

*** if you are getting a character designed from scratch, we will work together to create the character's design before we start your ref sheet, for free. this will be a fullbody colored sketch that will turn into the main view on your ref.*** when you pay the flat NSFW charge, one-time purchase add-ons like extra chibis, headshots, etc., will always come with a NSFW alternates just like the base elements do! any new posing of an element on your ref that requires it to be fully redrawn is charged as a new add-on instead, but i try to be very lenient with this and only charge for complete redraws; alts are included in the NSFW charge!

★ misc. add-ons and information
★ rush fee > +35% of the total price of the piece. your commission will be placed at the top of my commission queue. this means that i will start work on this commission as soon as possible within my normal schedule. (my trello is a great tool to view my queue!)★ 24 hour commission > +50% USD of the total price of the piece. my availability to complete a comm in one day after payment (24 hours) will be determined before payment is confirmed. for this commission extra, i ask that you--understandably--remain available to communicate for the length of your commission; this way, we can meet the deadline you paid for, together.
** if there are any commission types or add-ons not listed here that you are interested in, i do offer experimental/lineless/graphic design project/banner/logo/other commission types. i accept these on a case-to-case basis; please feel free to inquire about your ideas anytime (i love experimenting with new commission types and would love to work with you)!*** these prices serve as a guideline. if there is anything that i feel requires more work or less work than is listed, i will absolutely communicate any necessary price changes before the final quote!

terms of service!
★ by commissioning me, you agree to these terms:
★ i reserve the right to decline any service, for any client, for any reason--as I see fit.★ my art is for personal use only. i do not allow commissioned work to be sold or used for commercial purposes unless agreed upon with the client before payment is accepted.★ my art is NOT for use in generative ai, or similar machine learning algorithms, under any circumstance.★ my art and myself are not to be represented by a clients actions. (this line is to say that: if i become aware of a client's problematic actions, i will ensure my work and my likeness are protected from any future association with that client.)★ i use commissioned work to promote myself on my socials. please let me know if you do not want your commission used for promotional purposes. (for NSFW work, i will ALWAYS ask before posting your commission).★ i will send as many WIPs as the client requests. bare minimum, i will send a sketch before lining, lines before coloring, coloring before shading, etc.★ in general, changes are best made in the sketching process; but can happen anywhere in the process! if excessive changes need to be made at any point in a commission, i may charge depending on the amount of extra work required. (this is extremely rare and only happens with a client that wants many many small changes. out of over 350 commissions in 2025, this happened ONCE.)★ payment must be sent 100% upfront before i begin a commission. i do not accept partial payments in any circumstance.★ the only time i will offer a refund is before i have sent the sketch of the commission. a refund will not be offered if a sketch has been sent to a client. in an edge case scenario, if i have started a commission but not sent the sketch, the commission is eligible for a refund; further, the client understands that the sketch may be repurposed. the likeness of the client's character will be removed, but otherwise, the sketch may be recycled for adopts, YCH's, etc.★ when contacting me for NSFW art, you understand that you must be 18 years of age or older regardless of your country/state/province's laws surrounding adult materials. I require all of my clients to adhere to my local laws and regulations, which require you to be 18 years or older regarding commissioning or viewing NSFW artwork.★ my terms of service are subject to change--as i deem necessary.

★ what payment method do you accept?> i only accept paypal, ko-fi & venmo.★ do you draw NSFW art?> i do! i only post my NSFW art to my NSFW-specific accounts, and they cannot be found on this carrd or another. the account is public and you may dm me to ask for the account name to commission NSFW art and view my NSFW art gallery. (if you would like to see specific examples of NSFW work in a specific commission format, please reach out after your age has been verified by me.)★ how do you protect your SFW and NSFW audiences?> you MUST be 18+ and have your age visible somewhere publicly when asking for my NSFW art accounts and when commissioning this type of art. (this practice protects my SFW and NSFW audiences from interacting with one another as much as possible--by auditing my NSFW follower base on a surface level. i am not responsible for alternative methods of obtaining my NSFW art, including but not limited to: block evasion, lying about age, or otherwise bypassing my efforts to protect both of my audiences.)★ what are you comfortable drawing?> i will draw any body type, gore, candy/cartoon gore, any species, anything already listed in my comms section. feel free to inquire, i have been drawing professionally for 6 years, i appreciate a challenge.★ what are you uncomfortable drawing?> things i will NOT draw include and are not limited to: hateful content (anti LGBTQIA+, racism, ableism etc.), abusive themes, real animal-like genitalia (fantasy/fiction is fine), minors in compromising positions.
